I'm a big believer in timing- how everything ultimately connects when it's supposed to and not a moment sooner- and Janike and Dan's beginnings are exactly what I imagine when I mull over the timing of life... because sometimes, all it takes is a bus ride from New York to Boston at precisely the right time to meet your person and find that connection.
Janike and Dan were married at the Wimbish House a few weeks ago, and when they saw each other for the first time on their wedding day- on a quiet, tree-lined walkway a few steps (and a million worlds) away from Peachtree Street- it was the happiest, most joyful moment. They laughed and held onto each other and laughed some more and in that moment, even as a mere bystander, I had the feeling that I was part of something especially meaningful. Sometimes, the timing is extra perfect- and you just understand that as beautiful as life is, even those moments don't come along every day. Janike and Dan, thank you so much for the honor of being a part of your wedding. Onwards and upwards to your next adventures! Love to you both! xo, Krista
