Nothing fancy; just love. And this beautiful day, bursting at the seams with love in all its simplicity, illustrates exactly why elopements are so special to me. In the six months before Arianne and Simon’s wedding day in Savannah, she and I emailed often- when you live in Montreal but are eloping in the next country over, logistics are important!… and I always looked forward to her emails. Together we built a day that took us to some of the prettiest spots in town and one Bentley ride later, Arianne and Simon exchanged handwritten wedding vows in French as the sun went down. The entire day was wonderful, but my favorite moment was their First Look on the rooftop of their hotel- it was private and peaceful and the perfect way to start a marriage.
